How to Use

Select Recording Format: For the best video quality, configure settings before starting the recording. Go to Tools > Settings > Recording File Format. Choose between WMV and AVI formats, with WMV offering smaller file sizes for similar quality settings.

Optimize Windows Settings: Adjust settings like visual effects and display options for better performance during screen recording. Go to Tools > Settings > Display Options to customize these settings.

Prepare to Record: Decide on the screen resolution for recording. It's recommended to record at a slightly lower resolution than the minimum resolution you intend to watch the video at. Change the screen resolution by right-clicking on the desktop and selecting Display Settings.

Start Recording: Click the "Record" button on the menu bar to open the Recording Options dialog. Choose to record the full screen or a custom area. You can also capture the mouse cursor during recording.

Record Your Activity: Start the application you wish to record. Press F8 to begin recording. Perform the actions you want to capture, and My Screen Recorder will record them in the background. Press F9 to stop recording.
