Inboard for Mac is designed for efficient material collection, offering fewer features compared to Ember. However, it stands out with its Dribbble import functionality. The application manages materials primarily through tags, a currently popular resource organization method. Additionally, users can categorize and save resources into folders.
Software Features
Currently, Inboard for Mac provides two methods for collecting materials: using the screenshot tool available in the menu bar, and setting up a Dribbble account to import liked resources. The integration with built-in browsers or browser plugins is yet to be established.
Once connected to a Dribbble account, Inboard for Mac can immediately synchronize liked materials. Users can adjust the size of thumbnail icons in the material library to accommodate varying quantities of resources. Each material can be zoomed in on for detailed viewing.
