A deposit is required before a seller can list their product for sale. If the seller fails to pass our product authentication, POIZON has the right to retain the deposit amount as a penalty. If the seller fails to ship within the specified time frame or provides invalid or false tracking information, or if the seller engages in illegal activities or violates the platform's legitimate rights and interests, POIZON has the right to suspend the seller's account on POIZON or prohibit them from selling on the platform.

5. What are transaction fees?

Transaction fees refer to the necessary services provided by POIZON if someone wants to complete an order. Such services include technical support, authentication, and packaging. If the order is successfully completed, a transaction fee will be charged to the seller. If the order is closed due to buyer cancellation, POIZON cancellation, or product authentication failure, the transaction fee will be refunded to the seller.
