Huion Sketch Latest Version Tutorial

(1) Creating a Canvas

Create a new canvas with the plus sign in the bottom right corner.

Canvas: The canvas size refers to the length and width of the entire canvas, which can be understood as the size of your drawing paper.

Note! Different canvas sizes correspond to different numbers of layers!

Custom canvas - preset sizes, select the size you need.

PPI refers to the pixel density on the screen; the higher the PPI, the clearer the image.

(2) Familiarize Yourself with the Function Area

1. Add:

Both images and tracing references are for adding images. The difference is that images directly create an image layer that appears on your canvas, while tracing references pop up a small window.

Shapes are easy to understand, such as lines, circles, squares, and variable lines (which can be modified; a line is just a line).

2. Paint Bucket:

The paint bucket should only fill closed shapes or the outer edges of closed shapes on a single layer! Mark this!

The larger the tolerance, the broader the color range, and the less accurate it is.

3. Graphic Editing: Resize, distort, flip, etc., for selected shapes.

4. Selection Tools: Choose from add, subtract, invert, and delete in the settings before selecting.
